A Mid Knight's Tale is a SAFELIST which means you can send your email to the members without fear of receiving a SPAM complaint. GREAT... so read on. A safelist is a marketing tool. You want your email read... and guess what... the other members of the safelist want their emails read. If no one reads - then we all fail. If you join a safelist to promote your product or service, please join with your mind focused as a professional. Regard the other members of your safelist as friends, colleagues or partners, who are also sending emails. Please read as many emails as you can. Only by adopting this attitude of mutual co-operation, can we all succeed.

Please read this summary of the rules, terms and conditions - which are virtually the same as the the rules, terms and conditions on all quality safelists. Remember - they are there to protect you as the user and us as the owners.
Please DO NOT use as a subject heading - SOLO, SOLO AD or any word(s) which would imply a SOLO AD is being sent by the admin to the member's LIST email accounts.

please do NOT send your paid solo ads through A Mid Knights Tale, without our express permission.

When you Decide to Sign Up then follow the friendly advice below which will keep everyone out of trouble and benefit us all :-
- Do use a REAL NAME or a COMPANY NAME or YOU risk being DELETED.
- Do NOT use admin, administrator or anything as your username that would suggest the ads were
coming from the list administrator! If you do then YOU risk being DELETED!
- NO single letter, initials, a url or jibberish, or YOU risk being DELETED!
- NO spam guards, filters, autoresponders or the like, for either CONTACT or LIST EMAIL
addresses, or... yes, you guessed it - YOU risk being DELETED).
- VERY IMPORTANT: You MUST use 2 (two) different email accounts on sign up:-
* 1 (one) for your LIST emails (this is where all the emails from the safelist members will be delivered - and there could be quite a lot!).
* 1 (one) for your
CONTACT emails (which is where the list owners/administrators will contact you with information about your membership and with special promotions/offers from time to time).
- IF YOU ARE NEW TO THIS - please understand that your List email account will get lots and lots of email from your colleagues. Read as much as you can and take advantage of the offers, products and services that you see. Remember:- You want the other members to read your emails too, so read and send. It's called "give and receive". This is what Safelists are all about and fair play by safelist members, sustains and keeps the safelist system of marketing both effective and strong.
- By signing up you agree to receive emails from other members of the Safelist.
- No adult, pornography, illegal (inc. warez), hatred, racism, ageism, sexist, homophobic, anti government material (regardless of country), promotion of terrorism or crime, or anything that upsets any religious beliefs.
- No autoresponders to be used as either list or contact email addresses.
- No dishonest subject lines such as 'your account has been deleted', 'from admin', 'notification of
payment received'. If you have doubts whether your subject lines falls into this category, it probably does!
- Multiple accounts are NOT permitted.
- No replying with an ad to any safelist email you receive.
- No sending of ads to any admin addresses.
- No Harvesting of other members email addresses.
- No bouncing.
- You MUST log into your account at least ONCE every 30 DAYS - AND send an email to the safelist (not too much to ask!), or YOU WILL be DELETED - Sorry, but I have no control over that, it is written into the safelist script.
